LAKE COMO WEDDING INSPIRATION

Starting from the concept behind the “Art Nouveau style”, I created the mood of this romantic lake Como Wedding Inspired photo shooting, called “Contemporary Art Nouveau”: a mood in which the elements of the nature meet the modernity, developing in romantic and elegant vibes.

The colors are an harmonious mix of warm tones that remind at the typical colors of the Art Nouveau and the autumn season: light ivory, cream, mustard, cappuccino, copper and shades of green, enriched by gold.

I imaged to plan this autumn wedding at lake Como, a very elegant destination for a luxury wedding in Italy, among art, history and lush nature. Especially, Villa Lario Resort was the set of this shoot, because it perfectly units the elegance and the contemporary design with the beauties of its blooming garden and natural grottos, as well as the evocative atmospheres of the lake.

The ceremony and the dinner was decorated with a lush and bucolic flower arrangement, realized with different roses, pampas and greenery, that it is perfectly integrate in the ambience; the bucolic decors and the warm colors of the roses lighted up the natural and precious neutral and gold shades of the tablecloth and the mise en place. 

The cut of the cake, that it always an exiting moment in every wedding, was planned in the natural grottos of the venue, a unique setting at lake Como. The cake was studied starting from the wedding stationary and the graphic elements of the Art Nouveau and it was entirely hand-painted with stylized flowers, in the shades of the color scheme, that perfectly emphasize the whiteness of the base.

Of course, It isn’t an authentic luxury wedding at the lake Como without a romantic bride and groom’s photo shooting on the lake, at the sunset, is it? The dream of every couple of spouses from all over the world!
